Recognizing that finding common ground is easier said than done, Geri brings a unique blend of assertiveness, empathy, and strategic thinking settling “impossible cases” by connecting with litigants, “bringing them on board for the ride,” and not taking her foot off the gas until resolution is attained.

Geri’s approach to dispute resolution is shaped by her extensive training and diverse background. Her commitment to the settlement process is demonstrated by her early immersion in a case and connection with counsel. Throughout the process, she works closely with the parties to realistically assess risks and impediments to resolution. Her thorough preparation, exceptional listening skills, and judicious, evenhanded approach leads to creative solutions for intractable problems.
